View on App StoreOpen the app and tap the "Start Fast" button. The app will begin tracking your fasting stages from that moment. You'll see real-time updates as you progress through each stage.
The app tracks: Eating (0-4 hrs), Post-Absorptive (4-8 hrs), Early Fasting (8-16 hrs), Deep Fasting (16-24 hrs), and Extended Fasting (24+ hrs). Each stage represents different metabolic processes.
Yes! The app uses iCloud to automatically sync your fasting logs across all your Apple devices. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID and iCloud is enabled.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted and stored securely in your personal iCloud account. We never access, store, or share your fasting data on our servers.
The timers are based on scientific research about fasting metabolism. Stage transitions are calculated from your start time. For best accuracy, make sure your device time is set correctly.
Yes, you can export your data as CSV or PDF directly from the app. This allows you to analyze trends or share with a healthcare provider.
